Series 3 troubleshooting

My Series 3 has a full charge but when I drop a cartridge in and attempt to use it, the light starts continuously pulsing red as if it’s been placed back on the charger, and nothing comes out. I tried different cartridges thinking the one I was using was the problem, but same issue.

    Had one do the exact same thing.  Charged for hours until solid green.  Pop in a cartridge and red ring of lights flashing.  Stuck it back on charger for couple of hours worked again until next time.  Same thing.  

    They replaced the Series 3 for me.  Click the warranty button and ask for a replacement.

    I also had the same issue and also noticed that you could slightly rotate the cartridge left & right and sometimes it would work.

    My faulty was replaced by the great customer service team.

    I think the issue was that the magnet that holds the cartridge in place was loose and not making a proper connection.

    I recently bought a second series 3 for a friend so she could have it while the other was charging. Her first silver one is going strong still (since October). The new black one I got her, however, will charge (red) for 5 minutes and then turns green. She then takes a drag only to have the series 3 turn red again. I researched a bit on this issue and it seems this was a problem in 2014. Any trouble-shooting tips I can give her? Does the series 3 have a reset? I know it's not the charger because the silver one charges fine. Thanks :)

    Really combed the forums for answers.. came across one in which a person said to unplug series 3 (s3), turn it off (3 quick presses of button), then turn it on (again, 3 quick presses), and then plug it in again. Do this until the s3 stays charging. I told my friend to try this and... it worked after 10 times of off, on, plug ins! I told her to keep me informed if this works the next time or if there is a next time. Keeping fingers crossed :)

    Her Series 3 is charging fine now.. who would of thought off, on, plug in bunches would work :P
