Do we have any Delaware vapers in here?
We have some not so great 2018 vapor news: With the new year comes a new tax on electronic nicotine delivery systems, otherwise known as e-cigarettes or vapes.
The tax, signed into law last year by Governor Carney, imposes a tax of 5 cents per fluid millimeter of e-juice, the flavored liquid that contains nicotine used to produce the vapor in such products.
In addition to the tax on vapor products, a new tax of 50 cents on cigarettes has also been implemented as well as a slight increase on alcohol.
