Anyone still here from 2011?

Coming up on 4 years as a V2 customer smoke free on 9-11-15 Wonder if anyone still around from the forum back then. I been offline just trying to see how things been going. I remember a few people names but it looks so different now. Would like to know if they have a code for September.

    Been with V2 since October 2011, but lately I must admit I've started looking elsewhere.
    Shipping is becoming a major issue, they used to be very precise but now always on back order. Can stock up months worth of product just because I don't know whether the next order will be stuck on "awaiting fulfillment" for weeks.
    Also, the quality of the cartridges has dropped significantly in the last 1-1 1/2 years: I recently found a pack of 5 cartridges (Red 1.2)buried in a drawer that I had ordered probably 2 years ago, and imagine how surprised I was to notice that they lasted almost 3 times as much as the recently purchased ones...

    I have noticed the Reds don't last long at all but I always buy in bulk so shipping is always free. I'm still waiting on my last order of reds even the starter kit was missing the Reds lol. I have a few left so I hope they come soon.

    Yikes!!! Hope you can hold out till then. I'm waiting on reds 1.2s so if mine ship then I might make it since I have 10 carts left plus some coffee ones. I just hope they taste okay and last longer or I'm screwed and will have a full on panic attack.

    For those of you having issues w/ carts not lasting, have you considered buying blanks & filling your own carts? It's much better if you do & is more economical! I prefer the EX blanks w/ my liquid as the taste & vapor is much better then the standard carts. Think about it.. if ya do the standard blanks, you can refill them at least 5x's & you know they will last the expected time frame as you are ensuring they are filled to capacity every time! The EX blanks you can fill up to 20xs.. I actually get much more then that out of them as I clean them on a regular basis which allows them to last much longer! Just a thought for those of you having issues w/ pre-filled!

    Thanks for suggestions. I actually do the liquid v2 and add to carts but I'm out of that also blanks I had horrible experience with those so only add to existing red carts normally I add 25 ml to every order but forgot this time :(

    I'm still here, but I rarely make comments to forum. I may be wrong, but I thought the code was "getaway" for September. The codes are not as frequent, and they give you at most 15%.

    been using v2 since 2011 off and on - finally off analog for 5 weeks as of the new series 3 - steady as she goes - not super happy so far - I am thinking they may have released too early....allot of issues. But, Ill stay committed - V2 helped me quit - period.

    I have heard similar sentiments from other vapers interactions with their primary doctors. It really makes me wish more broad studies would be done with an open mind to see how ecigs are changing/effecting former smokers lives. Glad to have you here in the forum @lharv01! :)

    I've been here since 2011 and am definitely beginning to question why! Between the added fees, no more coupon codes, and little to no stock on what I have been vaping for years...I can't help but wonder what has happened to V2.

    Been around since 2011. I'm still using V2 menthol juice and read the comments on forum sporadically. I remember all the fun with Jackie O and others competing for menthol and how the taste changed. I'm still baffled at how frequently they run out of it. Always hopeful things will improve.

    Ah, I do remember in our much earlier year's menthol outages... I will say inventory has gotten much more streamlined and better but unfortunately, there are so many variables with the industry and it's hard to get inventory perfect. We are constantly improving our processes to get more efficient. I'm glad you are still using V2 Menthol e-liquid. We have added MANY more eliquids since 2011... so if you feel like being adventurous, check them out on our Sale and eliquid pages:)

    I peek in every once in a while, but I'm anything but a regular.  I quit two days after dB, 13-Nov-11, and have been vaping exclusively ever since.  Made a lot of friends here, back then, a few of which I remain in contact with.  

    Peeking in as I do makes me feel good.  This was the first vaping forum I ever knew, and that concept helped propel me to success.  I'll never smoke again, and that is a certainty.  

    So, thank you, V2, for being one of the most essential pieces of my transition, back when I needed you most.  :-)

    Thank you, Samanta.  I am not still, but back in 2011-12, it was somewhat standard to move on to stronger things.  The industry has changed though, and I see that V2 is now offering up some pret-ty nice stuff, on par with the higher ends (for those who desire it).  

    I also know that without the V2 product and forum, I'd have failed.  It wasn't my first stab at vaping, but it did turn out to be my last.   Quality products, quality people & support.

    You are losing a-lot of reliable customers because this company has become a joke...

    While shipping has always been an issue, I found my way around those issues because I was able to get their e-liquid at local retailers.  Yes, I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience of having the flavors I liked when I needed them.

    However, the atomizers for my XEO are another story.  I have only been able to find them from V2 and unfortunately, the company has deteriorated so badly and the customers service is so poor that after 3 years, they are forcing me to switch and find another brand.

    I ordered the atomizers back in Nov, 2017 and had been told twice it was going to be 2 weeks till they could ship.  Two months later and now they say, on the website, its going to be another 30 days???  I say on the website because I have not gotten a response to emails, chats, or even been able to get someone on the phone for the past MONTH!

    eBay. I get Red and Sahara for several dollars cheaper, and i have it within 4 days.  I don't have to pay this "settlement fee" (isn't that for violating equipment patents? I only buy liquid, so why should I be paying this?).  I see many, many listings for Menthol there, since I see many complaining it's always on back order here.  Yes, after using V2 since 2011, I've started going elsewhere, and the V2 ejuice I buy usually isn't from here anymore. I only came here recently because my regular seller is out (first time in years).  

    The other issue I have is the shipping.  They use FedEx, which after a week of handling, takes at least a week to deliver.  I live in SW Florida, and this stuff comes from Miami (110 mi east).  Basically, it's one road from here to there, and this is what the P.O. would do, but instead it travels 237 mi north to Orlando, sits for 4 more days, then goes back down south 234 mi and sits at another location.. before they simply drop it in a mailbox. What's the sense.  Small packages at the P.O. are as cost effective, if not more so than any other shipper.  I can't take these guys seriously any more.

    Hey...here I am @dplongo22 ...!!  Still kicking and still smoke free since 2011...  7 years officially next month!  It all started here at V2!  We had such fun in the old days.  This place was really hopping and we met a lot a good (and some a bit crazy) people here!  Great seeing you here on the "old stomping grounds" again!

    Hey there, I'm still here, started September 2012 and am still with V2. I quit smoking cold turkey with V2. I have the onset of COPD and that has gone away. Basically 6 years smoke-free!!
